He has experience working with groups ranging from entry-level employees to Fortune 500 executives.

Prior to serving as COO at Whitinger & Company, Richard served in the capacity of President of a multi-media company where he earned the reputation as an innovative leader with the ability to attract top talent and build high-performing, high-character teams.
